The sweetheart neckline joins at the elasticated puff sleeves, which can be worn on or off the shoulder to suit your preference. The fitted bodice flares from the waist seam to meet a full circle skirt, perfect for petticoats. Hidden pockets in the side seams are perfect for all of your essentials, making this dress both pretty and practical.
