I’ve ordered… what happens now?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number and details. This is your electronic receipt, keep it safe! Just sit tight and wait to receive your items.

Whoops… I made a mistake

If you’ve had a change of heart and want to cancel your order, you must email our Customer Service team within 60 minutes of your initial order. We receive a large volume of orders on a daily basis and, to ensure we keep up with demand, all orders will be processed after the 60 minute grace period. Please make sure you contact us promptly if you wish to cancel your order.

I haven’t received my Welcome discount, please help!

When will I receive my delivery?

UK 

Orders placed before 12 pm Monday - Thursday will be posted with our Next Day Delivery. If you place an order after 12 pm, or over a weekend, your order will be sent on the next working day, for instance, Saturday orders will be posted on Monday.

Next-Day delivery is free on any orders over £65 - so add that extra blouse ;)

For orders under £65, delivery is charged at £4.99

We use DPD as a courier for your fabulous new items and, to make it extra secure, we make sure the delivery driver asks for a signature when they deliver.

US and Canada 

Orders placed before 12pm Monday - Thursday will be posted with our Next Day Delivery. If you place an order after 12pm, or over a weekend, your order will be sent on the next working day, for instance Saturday orders will be posted on Monday.

Next-Day delivery is free on any orders over $140 - so add that extra blouse ;)

For orders under $140, delivery is charged from $7

Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout for all international orders. This can start from $7 for USA and Canadian orders. Please make sure you have checked the cost before checking out as, once the order has been processed, we cannot cancel it.

We use DHL as our couriers for our US and Canadian orders, and we aim for them to be delivered within 5-14 working days. We understand you are really excited to receive your new clothes, but please make sure you have waited the maximum 14 working days before contacting Customer Service regarding your order.

Please be aware, you are responsible to pay any import duties on your parcel when it arrives at customs. Additionally, if any taxes are applied to your order, these must be paid to release your parcel to allow it to continue its journey to you! If for any reason the taxes and/or import duties are not paid and the parcel is returned to us, we will evaluate this on a case by case basis and our Customer Service team will be in touch. If we discover that delivery was refused, the taxes, import duties, and overall cost of returning the parcel back to us will be deducted from the price of the order, and the refund will be the remaining amount.

EU

How can I track my delivery?

Please enter a valid email address when placing an order. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a dispatch email containing your tracking link. 

Where’s my order?

Still waiting on your new clothes? Don’t worry! Please make sure you have waited for the estimated delivery time frame, then our wonderful Customer Service team will be on hand to track it down for you. Please email help@hellbunny.com with your order number and full postal address.

How do I return my order?

We believe you'll love your Hell Bunny pieces but if you've changed your mind, please see some important information below:

Items must be returned to us within 30 days of the delivery date.

We do not provide a free return service so please make sure you send your returned goods safely. We recommend you post your items back using a tracked service as you are responsible for your package until it reaches our warehouse. We cannot be held responsible for any parcels that get lost or damaged on the way back to us.

If you need a new size or colour, please place a new order as we do not offer exchanges.

We encourage you to try on your order like you would in a shop (to make sure it is perfect for you!) but please don't actually wear it. All items are inspected upon return and, in order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn, unused and in the same condition you received them. This includes being sent with their original packaging and all tags and labels attached.

Once your returned items have been checked by our warehouse team. Allow 10 working days (not including weekends and bank holidays) From the date that the parcel arrived back to us for the refund to be processed. Please note, this will exclude any postage and packaging costs.

You will find your returns slip in with your order. If you cannot find this or have misplaced the slip, you can print off a new one here.

Hygiene and our customers’ safety is incredibly important to us, so certain items can’t be returned for refunds including:

  • Any items with the hygiene sticker removed, eg. swimwear
  • Face coverings with the seal broken or tampered with.
  • We cannot accept returns for any items that have been worn or marked. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Make-up
  • Deodorant or perfume
  • Pet hair or dander
  • Cigarette smoke
  • Food spillages
  • Faulty Items

    We take the utmost care sourcing our manufacturers to create our items, however, we understand that on rare occasions this can happen.

    If you find a garment to be faulty, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible, providing detailed images along with your order number. When your item has been returned, it will be inspected by our design team and, if deemed a manufacturing fault, we will not only refund your postage but either refund your original garment or send you a replacement with our super speedy Next Day Delivery.

    Please note, our usual terms for delivery apply so your replacement order will be sent on the next working day.

    Where is my refund?

    We know it can be frustrating when you are waiting for a refund. Please be aware it can take up to 10 working days for the refund to be processed after your return has been received by our warehouse team. We will be in contact within this time if we need any more information from you regarding your return.

    Due to the demand of our unique styles, we do occasionally sell out of certain colours or sizes. We regularly receive deliveries to replenish our clothes, so make sure you have signed up to our mailing list here. to be one of the first to find out when your favourite items are back in stock.

    The Hell Bunny team try on each of the styles every season upon arrival and we have made sure our sizing guidelines are accurate to the garments sizing and fit. Please find our Size Guide here.

    Are there any shops that sell Hell Bunny items?

    Unfortunately there aren’t currently any Hell Bunny shops, but we do have lots of independent retailers selling our goods!

    If you are looking for one of the fabulous shops that stocks our garments, please be aware of the possibility the items might not be genuine Hell Bunny. We do not verify any stockist that claims to sell our clothes, either online or in shops, and we urge you to research the retailer carefully before committing to a purchase.

    Do Hell Bunny sell Gift Cards?

    Terms & Conditions 

    • Our gift cards are redeemable online only and are available as E-gift cards sent via email. Gift Cards are redeemable for one year, from the date of purchase
    • All of our gift cards can be purchased in GBP, EUR, USD and AUD
    • Your e-gift card should be treated like cash and you must ensure that it is kept safe until you, or your intended recipient, need it.
    • As soon as you have received your confirmation email, the e-gift card can be used straight away.
    • Once activated, we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen e-gift cards, or any credit amounts on such cards, and we can’t offer cash or credit in place of the balance on a lost or stolen e-gift card.

    How much do I have left on my Gift Card?

    You can check your remaining balance via the ‘Gift Card’ section in your Hell Bunny Account.

    Will my refund go back on to my Gift Card?

    Yes, any items returned that were purchased using a gift card will be refunded onto the original card number - so make sure you keep the number safe!

    If you used more than one payment method for a purchase, we will refund the Gift Card amount first and then refund the outstanding balance you are owed on to the other payment method.

    Can I part pay with Store Credit?

    Absolutely! If you have Store Credit on your account, we will use this first towards your order. This means if you have more Store Credit than the total order amount, you will have some Credit leftover to spend next time. Equally, if there is not enough Store Credit to cover the total amount of your order, you will be asked for an additional payment method to allow your order to be processed.

    What happens if I return something I purchased with Store Credit?

    If an order made using Store Credit is cancelled or returned, the portion of the purchase made via Store Credit will be restored to your account only, and not refunded as cash.

    Store Credit Terms and Conditions

    Store Credit can only be redeemed on hellbunny.com.

    Store Credit is valid for 12 months from the date it is issued. Any unused Store Credit will not be redeemable after 12 months. The validity date cannot be extended.

    Store Credit has no cash value and cannot be refunded into a bank account.

    Store Credit does not accrue interest.

    Store Credit can only be used on orders associated with your original account or email address. Store credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.

    Hell Bunny will not be responsible for any lost Store Credit.

    We reserve the right to correct the balance of your Store Credit if we believe that a clerical or account error has occurred.

This Privacy Policy is updated regularly to ensure that your data is kept safe and you get every opportunity to manage the data you give us, check in on our policy as often as you like and be completely deleted from our records if you choose.

    WHY DO WE STORE YOUR DETAILS?

    Retaining some of your information allows us to personalise our service to you, such as being able to recommend things you might like based on your previous purchases, letting you know about special offers and sales or giving you a preview of new styles that will be arriving shortly. Added to that, your shopping experience will be quicker and smoother if we already have some of your details on our system.     YOUR INFORMATION – WHAT WE COLLECT, WHEN AND WHY

    When you interact with us, we gather things like your name, your email details, delivery and billing addresses, phone number etc.. This might be when you place an order, create an account, sign up for a discount or a newsletter or enter one of our competitions.

    Password – this is your unique security to access your account, your orders, your account preferences and to enable you to edit as and when you wish.

    When you visit our website, we use cookies which automatically collect your internet protocol address which generates a log file. (See more about cookies below.) This information is used by our technical team to manage the site generally and find out how people use the site, how they arrive at the site, whether there are any issues with the layout or functionality and generally help them hone the hellbunny.com experience, without looking at anyone’s individual details.

    Rest assured, we only look at your information that’s necessary to carry out our business, and deliver the service you’ve requested. We also keep details of anyone you send a hellbunny.com gift to, but those details are never used for marketing materials.

    When you make a purchase from us, we will only ever hold the minimum details required in order for you to reference back to a purchase, and we cannot access your payment method as soon as the transaction has been completed. These minimal details will be deleted once we believe you would no longer wish to refer to that purchase (typically about three years). When you place an order, your payment is processed via a third-party company, either Pay Pal or Stripe and they control that payment data.
